I’ve used Adams in the past and will use them again. Technician arrived within an hour of my call. Quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs. He also took the time to explain some installation issues with my door that contributed to the hinges breaking. Since I’ve been considering a new door, he also took the time to explain the features and construction of the doors/openers they carry and provided me with a rough estimate so I could consider a future replacement.
